Between the ages of two and three, children are bursting with energy, questions, and independence. At Simba Education, we see this stage not just as a phase—but as a powerful launchpad into lifelong learning.
Our Toddler Program, offered across centres including Brookvale, Macquarie Park, and St Ives, is thoughtfully designed for curious minds aged 2 to 3 years. It's a time of emotional growth, physical exploration, and rapid language development. That’s why our program offers more than just child care—it’s a dynamic blend of discovery, play, and real-world learning, inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.
Rooted in this approach and guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, Simba Education views children as capable, curious, and resilient learners. Our curriculum reflects this philosophy through intentionally designed preschool activities that are open-ended, sensory-rich, and developmentally aligned.
Whether it’s the first time away from home childcare, or a transition from a baby room to a toddler space, we know that change can feel big. That’s why our educators are trained to guide children through this period with empathy and encouragement.
We nurture your little winners through:
At Simba childcare, children aren’t rushed through routines—they’re supported to move at their own pace, with space to explore and teachers who genuinely listen.
Our environments are designed as a “third teacher”—calm, inviting, and full of possibilities. Just as the Reggio Emilia approach encourages, we treat every part of the learning space as an opportunity to inspire independence and creativity.

Toddlers often express themselves in loud, joyful, and sometimes challenging ways. Our childcare educators understand this and use every moment—joyful or difficult—as an opportunity to build emotional intelligence.
We incorporate:
Through these experiences, we nurture communication, empathy, and self-regulation—essential skills your child will take with them into schools and everyday life.
We understand that choosing a centre is a big decision—especially when comparing options like for home childcare, or centre-based programs. Our families often tell us that what sets Simba Education apart is not just our curriculum—but the heart behind it.
From the moment you step into our toddler rooms—explore them here—you’ll notice the difference: calm educators, rich learning materials, and joyful children confidently exploring their world.
For families needing flexibility, we also offer 3 days a week childcare and other part-time options—making high-quality early childhood education more accessible for working parents.
And when we say inclusive, we mean it. Our all-inclusive daily fee covers everything: nappies, wipes, barrier cream, sunscreen, linen, and meals. Meals are freshly prepared on site by our chef, based on dietitian-designed, seasonal menus.

We believe that great environments create great outcomes—not just for children, but for educators too. If you're a passionate individual, Simba Education may be the place for you to thrive and grow alongside your students.
In fact, many childcare educators discover what’s possible through Simba Education—our nurturing, high-quality environment often sparks deeper passion and purpose. Simba is proud to be part of the broader ecosystem of schools, families, and early educators working together to give every child the best possible start.
We know you’re likely searching for more than just “child care” or “cheap childcare near me.” You want a safe, supportive, and educational space where your toddler can feel seen, valued, and excited to come each day.
