What is included in the daily fee?

Everything -- nappies, wipes, barrier cream, sunscreen, cot and bed linen, and all meals (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, late snack) prepared fresh daily by our in-house chef. Also included are qualified educators, our school readiness program, sporting and art therapy programs, language lessons, outdoor spaces, photo and diary updates via the parent app, incursions, and excursions.

What is the minimum enrollment requirement?

We have a minimum 2-day attendance policy to ensure every child has the opportunity to fully participate in our learning programs and develop meaningful friendships.

What are your operating hours?

We are open Mon–Fri 7:00am–6:00pm, closed on public holidays. Our Christmas closure runs from Christmas Eve through the first business day after New Year's Eve -- at no charge to families.

Fees are charged weekly via direct debit, one week in advance. Statements are released each Wednesday, with charges processed on Thursdays.

Why do I need to pay fees on public holidays?

Our everyday operating costs continue regardless of whether children attend on a public holiday. To help, we offer 4 weeks of holiday discount per year (see below).

Is a holiday discount available?

Yes -- families receive 50% off their gap fees for up to 4 weeks of holiday per year.

What is the Child Care Subsidy (CCS)?

The CCS is an Australian Government program that reduces the cost of childcare for eligible families. The subsidy is deducted from your full fees, and you pay only the remaining gap fee. Your subsidy amount depends on your family income, hours of care, and work/study activity.

How does the Child Care Subsidy work?

The government pays your subsidy directly to us and we pass the saving on to you. Since January 2026, all eligible families are guaranteed at least 3 subsidised days per week regardless of work or study activity. Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) is also available for families experiencing financial hardship.

Do I need a Customer Reference Number (CRN) to receive CCS?

Yes -- to receive the Child Care Subsidy you need a CRN for both yourself and your child. You can obtain one through myGov linked to Centrelink.
