Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer is provided by Simba Education Pty Ltd (ACN 677 801 357), registered office 68 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 ("Simba Education"), in partnership with Housed Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 77 677 163 816) ("Housed").
  2. Eligible Housed members receive 5% off the published weekly childcare fee per account at participating Simba Education centres. The discount applies to the published weekly fee before any Child Care Subsidy ("CCS") is applied.
  3. Participating centres currently include Simba Education Brookvale (14/170 Harbord Road, Brookvale NSW 2100), Macquarie Park (45 Epping Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113), St Ives (36 Killeaton Street, St Ives NSW 2075) and Leppington (19 Sultana Avenue, Leppington NSW 2179). The offer may extend to new Simba Education centres as they open at Simba Education’s discretion. Participating centres may change from time to time. If a centre ceases to be part of the Simba Education network, the offer will no longer apply at that location.
  4. Eligible Housed member (or membership, where the context permits or requires) means the enrolling parent or guardian holds, and continues to hold, a current, active Housed membership. Proof of membership may be required at enrolment and from time to time thereafter.
  5. The offer is available from 17 August 2026 and continues until withdrawn. Simba Education reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time, acting reasonably and with as much notice as is practicable in the circumstances. Simba Education accepts no liability for any loss or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of any amendment to or withdrawal of the offer. Any change or withdrawal will not affect the discount already applying to an existing enrolment.
  6. The offer applies to one family enrolment (covering all children of that family enrolled at a participating centre), and for as long as the Eligible Housed member (the enrolling parent or guardian) maintains a current and active Housed membership. Membership status will be verified periodically in accordance with clause 11. If the Housed membership lapses, is placed on hold, or is cancelled or terminated for any reason, the discount ceases from the next billing period and the standard published weekly childcare fees then apply.
  7. The discount applies to the published weekly childcare fee only. It does not apply to enrolment, waitlist, incursion, or other ancillary fees. Families remain responsible for the gap fee calculated on the discounted published fee after CCS is applied.
  8. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively, or used in conjunction with any other Simba Education discount, promotional offer, or fee waiver.
  9. Standard Simba Education enrolment terms, fee policies, and the enrolment agreement apply. Enrolment is subject to availability. Simba Education will determine eligibility and application of this offer reasonably and in good faith. Families who disagree with an eligibility decision may request a review by contacting Simba Education directly. Simba Education will conduct the review promptly and communicate the outcome to the family.
  10. The offer is non-transferable, applies to one family enrolment (covering all children of that family enrolled at a participating centre) per Eligible Housed membership, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or refund. To avoid doubt, if more than one parent or guardian holds a Housed membership, only the membership of the enrolling parent or guardian can be used to redeem the offer.
  11. By redeeming this offer, participants consent to Housed and Simba Education verifying active Housed membership for the purpose of administering the offer, in accordance with each party’s privacy policy. Verification will occur as follows:
    • Simba Education will periodically send Housed a list of Housed members currently receiving the discount, for confirmation of which memberships remain active.
    • Housed will flag the account of any member receiving the discount. If the member’s Housed membership ends, Housed will notify Simba Education.
    • Simba Education will update the family’s fees from the next billing period following notice that membership has lapsed, been placed on hold, or been cancelled or terminated.
    Simba Education may decline, withdraw, or cancel the offer where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or multiple claims.
  12. To avoid doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any non-excludable rights under law.
