Simba Education Referral offer, Terms & Conditions

  1. The new family must be enrolled for a minimum of 2 days per week for a 12-week period. The credit will then be applied from week 13 at $100 per week until the credit has been used in full.
  2. To be deemed a new family, those enrolling cannot have attended Simba Education previously and cannot be a sibling of any enrolled child.
  3. A referral form must be completed and acknowledged by the Centre Director within 7 days of the new enrolment for both families to be eligible.
  4. A family can only claim this offer once (as either the referrer or the referred).
  5. The credit is per family, not per child enrolled, and is not transferable.
  6. To be eligible for the credit, all fees must be kept current (not fall into arrears), including bond and fees in advance where applicable.
  7. This promotion can cease or be amended at the discretion of Simba Education at any time. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
  8. Simba Education employees, or relatives of employees, are not eligible for this program.
  9. The credit is applied as a provider discount and processed in accordance with Simba Education's Child Care Subsidy reporting obligations (CCS/FAL).
  10. The credit applies to an active Simba Education enrolment only. If the referring family has graduated or withdrawn before the credit period begins (week 13), no credit will be payable.
  11. By submitting a referral, the referring family confirms they have the referred family's consent to share their contact details with Simba Education for the purpose of this offer.
